As a community focused organisation, we have a long history of working in partnership. We understand the importance of forming values-based relationships that are built on trust and mutual respect, for the benefit of people in Dorset.
We firmly believe that working together enables us to create broader and more accessible opportunities for people and also helps us to develop our understanding of what matters most to our local communities and to people who are underrepresented in decisions about them.
We welcome opportunities to align our values and purpose and work collaboratively with other organisations. By doing so, we can increase understanding of mental health from a lived experience perspective, developing capacity and connected communities across Dorset.
As an organisation, we commit to adding value, expertise and capacity through Recovery Education and Coproduction wherever possible. This includes supporting the perspectives of smaller organisations and community groups within our work.
We have a solid understanding of Coproduction and collaborative working through many years of working in this way and we apply these principles to every project that we undertake.
