Davide joined Dorset Mental Health Forum as a Trustee in 2019 and is currently the chair of its Appointments & Remuneration Committee. Before retirement, he enjoyed a successful business career as a Managing Director of Credit Suisse, a global financial organisation. He has applied his business skills to the charitable sector with advice on organisational structure, business focus and change management whether that be as an advisor or working as part of a team as a Trustee or Chair.
Davide was made an Honorary Fellow City & Guilds (a leading vocational education learning resources and awarding body) following the various governance roles he undertook, such as Trustee, Council member and advisor amongst others both within the charity and elsewhere.
Davide is a Vice-President of London Youth (The Federation of London Youth Clubs) and was formerly a Trustee and Chair of the Board. He has also worked with smaller charities as an advisor or trustee and a mentor to senior managers over the years.
Davide’s business and governance skills, combined with his positive approach to mental health issues are a strong motivating factor for wanting to support the Forum in its work.
