Sorrelle is an experienced senior HR professional, currently an Associate Director of People at Solent NHS Trust, which is a Community and Mental Health provider in the Hampshire . Prior to that she was Head of Strategic Workforce Planning at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Trust and was the workforce lead for the new hospital programme, shaping a sustainable health workforce for the future. Sorrelle previously worked in local government for BCP Council and has worked in the third sector at the RNLI.
This is Sorrelle’s first Trustee role, but she has extensive experience of Boards from an executive perspective. Sorrelle has a comprehensive understanding of the health and social care system in which the Forum works and is passionate about bringing forward the voice of lived experience in the shaping of health care services.
