Tim is an experienced leader, with a highly varied career spanning both the private and public sector. Organisations have included start-up biotechnology, major pharma, Global Fortune 500 chemical company, Health Protection Agency, Public Health England and Porton Down. He is a scientist by training and all his roles have been connected to health in some form. Tim has extensive Board level experience and is currently a NED at Lincolnshire Partnership Mental Health NHS Trust. His roles have ‘frequently involved making big, complicated changes happen’, often involving major programmes. He has a strong operations and change management background with extensive experience of strategic work including planning for growth in the commercial sector.
